No Emergency Support
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or crisis, please contact 911 or a licensed professional right away. Our callers are not trained to respond to emergencies.

Privacy & Information Sharing
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. In rare cases where disclosure is legally required—such as if someone is at risk of harm—we may be required to share information with authorities. Otherwise, only authorized staff and volunteers providing your service have access to your information.

Scheduling & Service Limitations
Calls and visits are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to match you with consistent callers, this cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, calls or visits may need to be rescheduled.

Liability
CHEERCALL is not liable for any personal, emotional, or other outcomes resulting from participation in our services. Participation is voluntary, and clients engage with callers at their own discretion.

Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults [or specify target audience, e.g., seniors aged 60+] who are able to safely participate in phone calls and in-person visits.
