  • Subscriptions and per-call purchases are processed monthly.

  • Your card will be charged on the day you subscribe or schedule a call.


Scheduling

  • Calls are scheduled based on availability and time-zone.

  • Per-call bookings must be reserved in advance.

  • Subscription scheduling is recurring each month.


Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before a call.

  • Per-call bookings canceled less than 24 hours before may not be refunded.

Application Review & Call Scheduling Policy

At CheerCall, we want every conversation to feel thoughtful, comfortable, and meaningful. To make this possible, all new client applications go through a brief review process before services begin.

For this reason:

  • Same-day call requests are not available for new applications.

  • All applications must first be reviewed by our team.

  • Call requests must be scheduled at least two days after the application is submitted.

This review period allows our companions time to understand your application and coordinate their availability so we can provide you with the best possible experience.
