Subscriptions and per-call purchases are processed monthly.
Your card will be charged on the day you subscribe or schedule a call.
Scheduling

Calls are scheduled based on availability and time-zone.
Per-call bookings must be reserved in advance.
Subscription scheduling is recurring each month.
Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before a call.
Per-call bookings canceled less than 24 hours before may not be refunded.
